Gardeners and Nature Lovers! Please join the New Castle Conservation Board for a free screening of “Hometown Habitat” — Monday, April 3, 2017 at 7:00 PM.

Dr. Doug Tallamy, author of “Bringing Nature Home” is featured in this inspiring documentary. “The way we landscape our properties really does matter.” Hometown Habitat will focus on why native plants are so important to the survival and vitality of our local ecosystem – and will highlight real stories of how individuals and communities are making a difference with native plants!

Please join us for an informal Q & A with Conservation Board members after the screening. This is event is Co-sponsored by the Town of New Castle Beautification Advisory Board, Sustainability Advisory Board, Chappaqua Garden Club, Greeley PTA Garden Committee, The Native Plant Center at Westchester Community College and Saw Mill River Audubon. The event is free and open to the public.
