Potholes
Report potholes to Pothole@MyNewCastle.org

Or better yet, use our new mobile app……….My New Castle 311 mobile application allows residents to report community issues such as potholes, downed trees, streetlights in need of repair, etc.  Residents can pinpoint the location of the issue with GPS and attach photos right from their mobile device.  Residents will receive status updates as the issues are resolved.  My New Castle 311 is a 24/7 resource that can be used to visit the Town’s website and Facebook page, view the Town’s News & Calendar of Events, and even view local points of interest. Residents can also use the App to sign-up for CodeRED and Nixle alerts, and receive the Town’s eNewsletter.  My New Castle 311 mobile app is available for use on Apple and Android smartphones:

iTunes

Google Play

In addition to reporting issues via the smartphone app, visitors to mynewcastle.org can submit a service request through a Web form in the Citizen Resource Center, or call 914-238-4311

Multiple Utility Poles
2Poles@mynewcastle.org– who has not noticed the proliferation of double poles in and around town? Our utilities have been installing new poles but just leaving the old poles in place. These double poles are unsightly and in many cases actually cut down your sight distance in intersections. We are trying to create a complete list of the location of these double poles throughout town. We are asking the public to help. Please send us the location of double poles you encounter. If possible email a photo as well as a pole number if you can locate it. This will help confirm which utility is responsible for removal.

2015 Water Fluoridation Water Quality Award
