Town AdministratorBudget 2018
Our budget season has already begun. Rob Deary and I met with staff last month to start on the 2018 budget. Internal budget meetings will be taking place the last two weeks of August as we put together the preliminary budget for the Board’s consideration.
Summer Commuter Lot Paving
We will once again be paving a chunk of the commuter lot this Summer- the weeks of the 21 and 28 of August- we will be taking 500 plus spots out of service for commuters to pave and restripe the skate board park and farthest area of the parking lot- the area that abuts Washington Avenue. Curbing has already been repaired throughout the back parking area and DPW completed a major drainage improvement project in the skate park area this summer.
Please follow the signs down town for Overflow parking should you need it. Last year- we had ample parking for the commuters that used the lot during the end of August when we were paving.
