Relocation of Construction Storage Area

In response to neighbor concerns, the Town directed ELQ, our construction company for the downtown infrastructure, to immediately abandon the construction yard at the corner of Smith Street and South Greeley Avenue. Late last week, ELQ had removed all equipment and supplies out of the area and had seeded and hayed the lot. To accommodate the supplies and equipment moved out of the Smith Street area, ELQ was given permission to expand their storage area in front of Town Hall. ELQ graveled the area up to the front parking spots to prepare for the expansion. The front lot will be further expanded in the next week when the five Town Hall vehicles are shifted to the side of the police shed to allow for even more storage. We thank our residents for their continued cooperation, understanding and patience as we work through this major infrastructure project.

House Keeping

Town Hall will be closed December 25 and December 26 in celebration of Christmas. Town Hall will also be closed on January 1, 2018 in celebration of the New Year. We wish everyone a happy and healthy New Year.
