In an effort to provide a more inclusive and transparent budget, the Town of New Castle is pleased to present our Open Budget Portal. The Town of New Castle partnered with OpenGov to provide a web-based financial transparency and business intelligence tool that dynamically presents the Town's revenues and expenses.
By leveraging the OpenGov platform, residents and staff can use this website to have access and a better understanding of the Town of New Castle's budget and actuals. The Town of New Castle is one of the first Town's in the State of New York to publicly release it's financial data on the OpenGov platform.
