Advisory Committee on Cable TV
This committee advises on Cable TV franchise services for the Town of New Castle Cable TV area.
Airport Advisory Board
The New Castle Airport Steering Committee studies issues of interest regarding community impacts from the Westchester County Airport and provides advisory reports and recommendations to the Town Board.
Arts & Culture Committee
The Arts and Culture Committee is envisioned as a gathering of diverse community stakeholders dedicated to improving the quality of life for the entire New Castle community by enhancing culture and the arts in and around New Castle.
Beautification Advisory Board
A non-partisan advisory committee that advises on, formulates and promotes programs that will enhance the beauty and appearance of New Castle.
Board of Architectural Review
This board ensures that the proposed work blends not only into the harmony of the structure but also the neighborhood in which it is situated.
Board of Assessment Review
The Board of Assessment Review hears grievances brought by property owners against assessments in the tentative assessment roll prepared by the Assessor, which is filed annually on the first of June.
Climate Smart Communities Task Force
The New Castle Climate Smart Communities (CSC) Task Force, as described on the NYS CSC website, “serves as a central body of leadership that promotes and supports climate mitigation and adaption in the community.”

Committee on Race, Equity and Inclusion
The Town of New Castle is committed to fostering a climate that is truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive of all in our community, and it has created the New Castle Council on Race, Equity and Inclusion (CREI) in an effort to help achieve this important objective.
Community Preparedness Committee
The Community Preparedness Committee serves as an informational resource and pursue other initiatives to raise the level of emergency preparedness in our community.
The Conservation Board studies and advises the Town Board and other Town departments, boards and commissions on developing sound open space planning and assuring preservation of natural and scenic resources within the Town of New Castle.
