On South Greeley by Pizza Station & Citibank, they excavated the sidewalk & installed trench drains. They capped the clock sitting wall. They graded for sidewalks. This week they will pour sidewalks.

On South Greeley by Bank of America, next week they will pour sidewalks.

On South Greeley in the alley next to the old Hall of Scoops, they installed trench drains, graded for brick pavers & started pouring the concrete for the brick pavers.

On South Greeley by Starbucks, this week they will pour sidewalks, and next week place concrete for the brick pavers.

On North Greeley by Sotheby’s, next week they will pour sidewalks.

On upper King by Family Britches, this week they will install trench drains. Next week start pouring the sidewalks.

By the alley next to Ibiza, this week they will grade for the landing & steps.

By upper King from North Greeley to Waka, they poured the new concrete curb/wall in front of Waka. They excavated the sidewalk & graded for sidewalk. Next week pour sidewalks.

By upper King from Waka to Bagel Emporium, they excavated the sidewalk, installed trench drains & graded for sidewalk. Next week they will pour sidewalks.

Next week they will also start excavating and installing top soil in the tree pits. We have 55 out of 62 trees ready to go. We have 27 planters on hand.
