The New Castle Recycling Center including the Residential Yard Waste Area will be closed Saturday, September 3rd in observance of the Labor Day holiday. SaniPro Disposal will not make refuse, recycling or yard waste collections on Monday, September 5th. Mondays refuse and recycling collections will be made on Tuesday, September 6th no changes to Zones 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the next yard waste collection will take place on Monday, September 12th for Zones 4 & 5.
