Draft GEIS Scoping Outline for Town Board Legislative Action - Chappaqua Hamlet, Form Based Zoning
The Town Board acting as lead agency has circulated proposed legislation to rezone areas of the Chappaqua Hamlet. As part of the action the Town Board is preparing a General Environmental Impact Statement (“GEIS”). As part of this process, the Town Board circulated the draft scoping document to all interested agencies. The Planning Board will be discussing this document in detail.
