Join the New Castle Town Board for a presentation by Norma Drummond, Commissioner of Planning, Westchester County, for a presentation of the Westchester County Housing Needs Assessment at 10AM. Commissioner Drummond's presentation will include data specific to New Castle regarding housing needs and affordability.
Afterwards, the Town Board will host our third public hearing on the Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement and proposed Form Based Code for the Chappaqua Hamlet. You can learn more about the rezoning of the Chappaqua Hamlet on the project website chappaquaforward.org.
