 CO-ED WEEKNIGHT WORKOUT/MONDAY                INSTRUCTOR: SHOBHA VANCHISWAR

Come and get a great low impact aerobic workout without stress and strain on your joints, while increasing your health, lungs and circulatory system.  Emphasis is on having fun with energizing routines designed to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance in a safe and comfortable class for you.  Open to all levels.

 

STRETCH & MOVEMENT                                                 INSTRUCTOR: GINA BERGAMINI

This class will combine stretching techniques and methods to promote flexibility, improvement of posture, coordination and injury prevention, using basic movements and steps. Open to all levels.

Incorporates conditioning and strength exercises for all muscles of the core and more.  Use of props and details make this workout valuable.  Open to all levels.

 

New Instructor: Michelle has over 25+ years of group exercise experience and is passionate about good health and exercising.  Come have fun and see and feel the results!

 

EVENING YOGA                                                                 INSTRUCTOR: NANCY KELLOGG

Classic yoga asanas, breath work, stretching and relaxation combine to promote flexibility, strength

and mind/body awareness while helping to reduce stress and tension.  This is a gentle yoga class and requires no prior yoga experience.   Please bring your own yoga mat.

BELLY DANCING FOR BEGINNERS                                        INSTRUCTOR: GINA BERGAMINI

Belly dance is a beautiful art form and great form of low-to-no impact exercise.  It is ideal for any age or body type. This class is designed for people with little to no belly dance experience, and dancers that would like a review of the basics.  Learn basic hip movements, shimmies, traveling steps, graceful hand arm movements, and veil work.  Open for all levels.  Participants may wear comfortable clothes, bare feet or a flexible workout shoe.

 

 

 BEGINNERS COUNTRY LINE DANCING                                 INSTRUCTOR: STAFF

This enjoyable class is for anyone who has the urge to dance when that favorite song comes on. You will learn basics steps including grape vines, weaves, shuffles, pivot turns, lock steps, coaster steps, rocking chairs, Monterrey’s, jazz boxes and others!  You will dance, without a partner, to some fun popular country as well as a few fun “classics”.  No prior experience necessary, this is the best form of exercise!
